LIFT: YOU VS. THE WEIGHTS

In just 2 rounds, we challenge you to go heavy, using kettlebells, medicine balls, and dumbbells for maximum power output. Each session focuses on either PUSH, PULL, ASS & ABS, or FULL BODY routines, ensuring a comprehensive workout that builds muscle strength and endurance. This type of workout also accelerates your metabolic rate, burning calories not just during the workout but long after you’ve left the gym. The resulting enhanced metabolic function is crucial for your body’s endurance, stamina, and overall health.

HIIT: YOU VS. TIME

Our High Intensity Interval Training features plyometrics, stability, and resistance training at our wall station. This active segment demands that you dig deep and push through each set as fast as possible. Expect to do high knees, bicep curls, and more in a high-intensity setting. It’s all about maximizing your calorie burn in a short period, enhancing your cardiovascular health, and even building your cognitive functions.
