Answers to your frequently asked questions about Gritbox Fitness.

Pre-booking your classes will guarantee your spot! Since our workout requires specific equipment at each station, spaces in class are limited. We can never predict when classes will be full, so we highly recommend that you sign up in advance. Reserve online, and we’ll save a spot for you in class until the scheduled time. Running late? Give us a call!

Workout clothes with closed-toe gym shoes. We also recommend bringing a small hand towel to wipe up that hard-earned sweat.

If this is your first class, please arrive at least 20 minutes before class starts. A coach will walk you through the workout and movements so you’re ready to hop in!

Nope! You don’t need your own gloves. We provide $5 glove and hand wrap rentals. If you do have your own, feel free to bring them. Your thumb MUST be fully covered and the spot must be attached to the hand.

We recommend a membership because you can jump into unlimited classes. But we do have bundles and drop-in classes. Our team would love to sit down and chat with you about what would work best for you!

Our classes are ages 16 and older.

The Guild Parking Garage has first-floor retail parking all day (first three floors before 7 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m.).  This is a ticketed garage, so plan accordingly. Street parking is also available. 2 Carlson Ct is a dead end, please do not turn down that road. 

The 45-minute class is divided into 8 rounds split between kickboxing and strength/stability. You’ll be assigned a bag number and the corresponding strong bench and wall station.

Make sure you go to ‘Account’, Go to ‘Settings’, and grant permission if you already haven’t. After you grant permission toggle on the switch next to ‘Auto Add to Calendar’ and select your default Calendar. Your Gritbox classes will start getting added after booking everytime!

Go to the menu and click on ‘Need help?’ then select which studio you’d like to contact. However, we strongly recommend giving our studios a call or text directly if you need help quickly.

No, our app is a one time log-in! Once you are logged in you are logged in for as long as you use your device. If you use a different device from your original you will need to log in again.
