Rock Steady Boxing

Founded in 2005, RSB is the first boxing program of its kind. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson's, can lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier and happier life while slowing the progression of the disease.

GRIT BOX is a proud affiliate of RSB. A percentage of every membership is donated to support our RSB program.

GRITFit Bootcamp

GRITFit Bootcamp incorporates dynamic movements with kettlebells, dumbbells, med balls and rowers (to name a few). But the magic isn’t in the equipment – it’s in the movement.

Every class is a full body workout with a strategic muscle group focus. Movements target a variety of muscle groups, activating caloric burn and muscle toning.

Kickboxing

This 45-minute workout packs a mean punch. Burning 500-1000 calories per class, you’re eye-to-eye with your own heavy bag [your opponent]. Zone in, feel the music bump, and destress. The dynamic combination of punches, kicks, and bodyweight movements around your bag will burn calories for up to 48 after you leave. AKA – your body is shedding calories for a full day.

This epic workout burns cals, builds muscle, and boosts confidence. You’ll strut out of the gym like the badass we know you are.
