Kickboxing

High-energy, sweat-pumping training

These classes combine Kickboxing with bodyweight movements to create the perfect full body workout. This harmonious combination, paired with our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style of training, promises amazing results. Whether you’re a beginner, or have years under your belt, we punch, kick, lift, and HIIT as one. No experience necessary!

Boxing experience optional. GRIT Required.

GRITFit Bootcamp

HIIT-Style, strength and endurance training

GRITFit Bootcamp is a circuit training class based on time, not reps. When we say it’s a class for beginners to advanced, we mean it. Start together. Finish together.

Expect to gain strength, energy, and lean muscle while cutting body fat and elevating your endurance.

Rock Steady Boxing

Fighting Parkinson’s Disease - One punch at a time

In our corner, we have hope to reverse the effects of Parkinson’s Disease. Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) is a class dedicated and designed for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease (PD). RSB is a non-contact boxing inspired class that can reverse, reduce, and delay the symptoms of PD.
