Shelbi's favorite thing about Gritbox is the environment—the energy is so high and so positive, it's contagious! To her, Grit means the drive to live a longer, happier life. Regardless of your fitness level, you can just move your body and have a good time. 

Shelbi is happiest when she's spending quality time with her family and friends. She moved to Charlotte in June 2024 for a change of scenery and because she's never lived in a city before. On a Saturday afternoon, you can find her walking the Rail Trail or curled up on her couch with her cats.
