Sav's favorite thing about being a Gritbox coach is the community. Gritbox has always been a home away from home for her. As a former college athlete, Sav learned that grit means giving your best effort even when it feels like you have nothing left to give, it’s about digging deep and pushing through obstacles.

When she's not throwing down a new combo, you can find Sav walking around town with her man, hitting a morning workout or grabbing a coffee with a friend. She's also a fan of Xiao Bao and Basic Kitchen.
