Studio Manager, Lauren, loves working at Gritbox because she is constantly surrounded by encouraging individuals who push her to be the better version of herself!

When asked what she wants to achieve as manager she said,“I want to build a strong sense of community at Gritbox Charlotte. I want members to walk into our studio and feel right at home. Gritbox CLT will be a space for anyone and everyone to feel welcome, meet with friends, throw down on a bag and leave feeling energized!”
