Charlotte's favorite thing about being a Gritbox coach is connecting with the inviting community and the excitement the Grit Gang brings to every class. You can expect her to help you keep your focus and push through any thoughts of failure. She grew up in Charleston, but left to pursue her degree and career opportunities and graduated from the National Personal Training Institute of Orlando in 2017. Coach Charlotte has since spent most of her career focusing on helping people manage and improve Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, Dementia and stability.

Coach Charlotte is happiest when she's around family and friends, and trying new things. On a Saturday afternoon, you can find Charlotte snuggling her cat Rudy and asking her husband to play the next episode of Peaky Blinders.
