Annika "Nik" loves how fun and driven the Grit Gang is (as a former member, she knows what's up). She's a retired D1 soccer player, aka her and strength training are long-time besties.

To Annika, grit means having a scrappy attitude, continuously working hard to persevere despite any bumps in the road. It's about having the courage, passion and strength to apply yourself in all that you take on.

When she's not throwing it down at the studio, you can find Nik outside—hanging with friends, sitting at the beach or exploring with her chocolate lab, Burrow (named after Joe Burrow—WHO DEY!!!)
