LA Wildfire Donation Classes

Join Coach Sav this Wednesday as we raise money for California Fire Foundation in efforts to support California firefighters and the victims of the Los Angeles wildfires. Your donation will offer immediate aid in affected regions.
GRIT ready to work through 8 rounds of high-intensity kickboxing and full body exercises that’ll get your heart rate up and challenge every muscle group. In this class, we’ll focus on upper body, lower body and core. We’re going FULL steam ahead in this workout, Grit Gang – all gas, NO BREAKS!
