Kick ass in one of our standard Classic Grit classes led by Coach Alexis, then we’ll slow it down for a 15-minute yoga-inspired stretch with local CLT yogi, Shaila, helping you lengthen, restore, and reset. Whether you’re looking to lift heavier, move better, or improve flexibility, this class is built to challenge and recharge you.
