
Coaches Weekend Workshop

Join us for an exclusive 2-day workshop with Coach Sav and Coach Kelly, designed to help you show up like a badass—whether you want to coach at Gritbox or simply level up your skills and confidence in class!
October 4th, 9:30am-10:15am | 12pm-3pm
Day One: Learn the fundamentals of kickboxing and strength training, along with the skills to create effective combos.
*All attendees will be required to take class, Saturday 9:30am.
October 5th, 2pm-4pm
Day Two: Learn mic skills, stage presence, and further your understanding of leading group fitness classes. Optional audition at the end.
