The Classes
CLASSIC GRIT
Our signature class format where you'll work through 8 rounds of high-intensity kickboxing and full body exercises that'll get your heart rate up and challenge every muscle group. In this class, we'll focus on upper body, lower body and core.
CONDITION GRIT
This class features high-rep, lighter-weight training with explosive plyometric exercises to boost your cardiovascular conditioning. Condition Grit is all gas with minimal rest between movements to keep your heart pumping and muscles challenged.
CORE GRIT
This class focuses on core and glute exercises, combining intensity and precision to enhance stability, power and strengthen your foundation. Core Grit targets not just the front but also the sides, back, hips, and glutes.
