Battle of the Bricks is about to get gritty, and our very own front desk champion, Nic, is stepping into the ring! She’s raising funds to participate, with all proceeds benefiting three local charities: MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital, Warrior Surf Foundation, and the CofC Athletic Fund.
GRIT ready to work through 8 rounds of high-intensity kickboxing and full body exercises that’ll get your heart rate up and challenge every muscle group. In this class, we’ll focus on upper body, lower body and core. We’re going FULL steam ahead in this workout, Grit Gang – all gas, NO BREAKS!
