We’re here to remind you that working out can be a damn good time. 

GRIT BOX is group fitness for the individual, powered by the high intensity of kickboxing and the transformative power of strength training. Choose to glove up in kickboxing or ignite your inner warrior during GRITFit Bootcamp.

We believe in a supportive community for everyone – beginner to advanced. We shake up the stale norms of the group fitness world while seamlessly creating diverse programs that maximize your results.

Embracing a balanced combination of busting a sweat and having fun, we believe that the time spent in the gym is the most upbeat 45-minutes of your day. Burning cals and toning shouldn’t be a chore – and we’re committed to making sure it isn’t.
