Start your Sunday off with a full-body sweat w/ Coach Kelly followed by a slow yoga flow/stretch out in The Yard with Cherie! Be sure to bring your own mat!

GRIT ready to work through 8 rounds of high-intensity kickboxing and full body exercises that’ll get your heart rate up and challenge every muscle group. In this class, we’ll focus on upper body, lower body and core. We’re going FULL steam ahead in this workout, Grit Gang – all gas, NO BREAKS!
